Trent, a much needed part indeed! I think the oversize is a good idea too, although I hope 1/64" might be a little much? This part has not been offered since Otis Clinton in Washington State made them 30+ years ago.

Thank you. The pins are coming out nicely.
I chose 21/64 as the oversize because that is the same as first oversize of valve stems. If someone’s clevis holes are worn, they can use a valve stem reamer to open the holes up enough so the new oversize clevis pins will fit. The cotter pin holes are drilled 7/64, just like the originals, and slightly countersunk on both sides, also just like the originals. The blackened pin in my photos is the NOS original I used as a pattern for the new pins.
