Here is the latest from Steve's Facebook page:

Selah Wayseer is with Steve Jelf.

Word has it that Steve will be moved to Chicago to start his intensive rehabilitation at the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, TOMORROW!
Looks like a nice place, see link below.
I've not been able to speak to Steve just yet, today, but I'll try to find him free soon.
Here's a link to his new, temporary home. Nice view over Lake Michigan, too.
I'll leave the results of our phone call in the comments here. Look for it. πŸ™‚

Thank you for the update on Steve!
Just a 20 year old who listens to 40 year old music, works on 75 year old airplanes and drives 100 year old cars.
The past is only simple because hindsight is 20/20.

Best rehab hospital in the USA! I had a client who was treated there and was able to return to work.

For all who don't know, Selah Wayseer, is the 'pin name' for George's sister, MOLLY.

New Facebook update:

πŸ›žπŸ›žπŸ›žπŸ›ž Wooo Hoooo, Steve Jelf!!! πŸ›žπŸ›žπŸ›žπŸ›ž

At approx 3:45 CST, a post with a familiar name showed up in the Model T Ford Club Of America forum today. So many folks in there were sooo happy to see him!

It was only about 3 lines, but according to Steve, it took him about an hour and much rassin' n frassin to accomplish that much! (In his defense, he's not a Windows user and that's all the facility's computer lab has to offer - but he soldiered on, didn't he?) So glad he took my advice and asked if they had a computer lab! He said he may find his way onto Facebook tomorrow.

He trotted on a treadmill today in a harness. But said he never needed the harness, because he felt sturdy enough.
More good news! Steve says he's even got a small refrigerator in his room! Good thing, that. Kimchi should be kept cool, you know! πŸ˜ƒ

All in all, he was in a jolly mood this evening. ❀
