Is it a Model J? Any idea of the year?

These are specs from Motor Boating magazine January 1928 and April 1931.

It’s a Model R. Basically a T block but lots of “tweaks” at the factory. The crank is 2-1:2” longer on the front. Their own cylinder head. The block has “crankcase doors”! An oil pump at the cam gears end. The flywheel is exposed. The manifold is exhaust, intake and water in one casting!

Is this it? It looks like a distributor rather than a magneto.

Interesting “Deception” in the ad! They show it with the transmission and starter and generator, but the price doesn’t include it!! I have the basic version and I’m assuming magneto because no generator or starter (hand crank at the flywheel end) and no transmission!!
