That is a very fair price. It took me 10 years to compltete my set and this one has a very nice cover, while my cover is worn.

That is how I started collecting service bulletins over 40 years ago. It was a fun project. I didn't have anything to go by then, so it was hit and miss. There are some dates that are confusing, where they didn't issue a bulletin for December, and others where they issued two bulletins for one month.
Looking back on it, I'm glad I did it.
