Generators now availble with NEW Armatures

Its becoming more and more difficult to find old generator armatures that can be successfully reconditioned. The wire used to wrap them is insulated with a paint-based lacquer that breaks down over time and ultimately causes shorts. Once that happens, there is no way to fix it. Its the main reason I stopped rewrapping field coils and only use new field coils in my rebuilds. My cloth wrap job is great, but once the lacquer is disturbed, shorts are inevitable.

So, due to all the requests I've had for a top of the line generator, I bit the bullet and just ordered 10 Generator Armatures professionally rewound. It wasnt cheap, but the results are fantastic!

Using these in my newly rebuilt Model T generators should be the last one you ever need to buy in your lifetime! Pair it with my new 6v Voltage Regulator and you have the ultimate Original Looking charging system for your Model T. These are perfect for using on 12v converted cars as the output is VERY strong.
