I would like to hear from model T owners or others who collect and / or actually run with a Master carburetor in their cars. In particular it would be interesting to see the different variations of intake horns, manifolds, air/gas mixers and distributer bars.

Re: Master Carburetor Collectors / Users
Mark,
I recently acquired three carburetors and the Master Carb from Detroit was among them. Does anyone have a suggestion on a manifold I could use to test this out on a Model T?

Mark,
I am curious if anyone has contacted you. I am surprised that more have not posted.
I see from the size on the advertisement the carburetor that I have would be the "Ford Racing Master." I wonder if the Highway Patrol will be concerned if I run it on my stock car
It is amazing to think that this accessory was 10% of the price of a new car- obviously a luxury item!
I am considering trying to use Model A manifold unless someone has a better suggestion or happens to have an extra master manifold laying around.

Didn't Mark Ostermann just rebuild one of those? He posted it all on FB.

Mark started this post.
He is asking if anyone has run one of them.

I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

I found that Royce Petterson posted his reflections of this experience Master Carb along with a lot of other interesting history: https://modeltfordfix.com/the-miller-ma ... el-t-ford/
