Warford Support Bracket

Post by modeltbarn » Thu Dec 07, 2023 1:21 pm

I'm going to make a few more of these over the weekend; I'll use up the material and hardware I have on hand, then probably won't make more. These are bolt on with no drilling, and are designed for the KC Warford. They will work with an original aluminum Warford as well with a minor modification. This supports the rear end of the Warford, and works great on an early frame that you don't want to drill.

I have one ready to go for a TT; I won't be making more of those.

These will be $200 plus postage. UPDATE NOTE: USPS has removed the flat rate box I was using, so shipping will be actual cost based on your address, weight and dimensions. I can ship one bracket for the same price of $25 insured, it just goes USPS ground instead of priority mail. A second bracket adds 7.50, for a total of 32.50 insured.

Please email me if you want one.

The ones I just made are sold. I have enough hardware for 4 more units.

I have a 26 Roadster pickup. Do you need to lift the body off the frame to install the bracket bolts. I don’t believe so but don’t have access to the car this moment. If the body does not need to be lifted I would like to purchase one and will send an email.
Thanks.

I have one of these brackets made by Gary on a K C Warford on my '26 Roadster Pickup, and it works great. This was installed a couple of years ago but I don't remember raising the body off the frame to install it.

I just found out that USPS has discontinued the large flat rate game box. This means I have to charge actual shipping rates based on weight and dimensions. If you want a bracket please contact me so I can get shipping rates. I’ll price USPS and Fedex Ground and use whatever is less.

I’m sorry about this, I had no idea they removed that from their offerings.

Based on the response, I've ordered more hardware, so I've got more available.

I have two brackets remaining for a T, and one for a TT.

After these are sold I’ll start a waitlist, but don’t expect to build more until at least fall.

I cans ship these anywhere in the US for $25, so $225 total.
