Nice night for a drive
Pete and Leo and their mom were recently welcomed into our family group, and tonight was the lads' first outing in a T. Nothing but happy sounds from the back seat, but three miles was plenty far enough in -32°C/-26°F, thank you very much. Driver looks a little maniacal though...

This proves, fun can be had in all weather conditions in a model t.

Fun time and to get out in the snow before the salt and do some donuts with a T is a winter joy!

I take it you didn't have to worry about overheating?

Studs would have been fun… when it gets this cold the road surface can polish up like glass. Easy to slip slide around corners and lock up the wheels when braking.
I have a set of snow chains that came with the car under the back seat. Had ‘em on a couple times in 6-8” snow… the car was slow, noisy, gritty and unstoppable.

I've got a horse hide quilt with the hair on one side that makes a dandy period correct lap blanket for similar forays. Stay warm. Have fun!

My dad had a bearskin that we used for the same purpose - man, it kept you warm! No wonder people wore raccoon coats in the 20's - stylish AND you didn't freeze your tush off in your roadster!
Somehow, tho, a horsehide blanket just seems, well, appropriate for a T. That way when someone yells "Get a Horse" you can say "I got one!!!"
