These "pumps" are not GAS pumps, they don't pump gas. They are called fuel pressure pumps, pumping air into a pressurized gas tank to force fuel into the fuel line.
The picture isn't much to go on. size matters There appears to be a shut off handle but ...... Manufacturers names help
