Bushings, bushings, bushings

See pic below. Other than the T bushes, can someone share the bushing part #s?

Before I purchase new, what the the tolerances? There's a little play but is there a numerical spec I can check?

Spindle bushings, spindle arm bushings, spring perch & spring eye bushings - they're in the parts catalogs under those names. You only want a couple thousands clearance for motor oil.

After installing, they will need to be reamed to fit. The face of the spindle bushing may need to be faced. If you don't have a copy, while you are placing the order, get the Model T Service (The black book) so you know what needs to be done.

You don't need spindle arm bushes if you are replacing King pin bushes. Used kingpin bushes are the same external diameter. You can drill them and ream them to the new tie rod end bolts. You can even leave some of the T head to work as a thrust face to take the weight of the tie rod and compensate for wear in the tie rod end yokes.

Awesome, awesome. Thanks. That will be very helpful. I've got a king pin reamer for my MGB and am familiar with how to dial it in. I think I should be able to do the bushings needed on the T.

For the shackle bushings, you might consider getting the brass ones. They cost a bit more, but with the cost of new shackles, worn brass is cheaper to replace then the whole thing.
