That is a really nice looking patch kit! Could maybe even be from the 1920s? Could be as late as the 1950s also. I have a few kits in good looking condition, but none as neat as that one. Mine are all likely very late 1930s to late 1950s (except for the Sears' kit I bought at Sears in the late 1960s).

Wards Riverside tires go way back to the late 1920s at least. I have one Wards tire, older than any other I think I have seen. The rubber is as soft as a brick, and the lettering and tread pattern although similar to the later 1950s tires is all somewhat different than any other I have seen. (Name is much larger!)
