Speedo Drive gear template??

I have a 1920 wood wheel T (30 X 3 1/2") and want to mount a speedo drive gear true. Is there a template one can get (copy) or a jig? Any tried and true solitions??

Any one in Canada with one of these?? Dave Huson, Would you be willing to loan / rent your Stewart Centering Tool to me?
