Need some help identifying the year of these pliers

Putting together a tool roll & I can’t find the years for these pliers. Note it has the T/W & Ford script but does not have the handle with the flathead screw driver.

If I had my desktop computer I would consult the model T Encyclopedia, which often settles such questions. That may or may not apply to the truncated online version.

As Mr Jelf mentions, the online encyclopedia gives some insight stating:
1921-1927
T1903 pliers modified to have screwdriver blade on one handle and the T1902 screwdriver was dropped. Otherwise the same as 1920.

According to Roger Karlsson’s comment in this old post, ford script wasn’t added to tools until 1919 time frame.

That narrows it is to 1920 +/-

An earlier post had similar pliers, no screwdriver end. The mfg markings are T. Williams, English co. Made for English Fords.

The 2nd photo version without Made in England could have been modified to remove that country legend.

Ford T pliers believed to have screwdriver tips early on, with later versions having tip angle and length and thickness changed 1920 when the wood handle screwdriver was deleted from the tool kit.

Have a copy of the Record of Change for the T-1903. Interesting is that the 'screwdriver tip' was on the pliers perhaps prior to 1913, so the pliers likely had that tip on one handle for long time, even when the T-1902 screwdriver was part of the tool kit.

Details:

2-2-1915 change screwdriver tip to 1/32" thick at end from 3/64"...specified bevel length


12-19 1916 specified Ford script


10-11- 1920 change bevel of end of screwdriver tip to 7/8" from 3/8"...specified end to be hardened ....this change made to enable pliers to replace screwdriver in the tool kit...screwdrivers on hand to be used up.

I'd echo Dan's opinion. The Transue Williams forge mark common on many early Ford T parts has the T superimposed over the W. This one is different. The overall shape is like those used in English production for later cars.
