No front doors !!.. Love the early gray runabouts and tourabout. A lot can be learned from their heavy pinstriping. Many thanks for my Thursday entertainment Tom.

#1 picture looks like they sold buggies before the Model T came along. Appears to have a good supply of buggies by seeing the large wheels sticking out behind the Model T.

One thing I noted is the Ford Script on the core is totally horizontal, not at an angle like some do.

All 1909s and 1910s they appear to be. Too much to comment on right now, however, number five gray roadster appears to be flipped. Could have been an export car except I think the oil fill was always on the model T's right hand side of the "pumpkin", and in this photo it looks like the left side.

Wonderful period photos of early cars, thanks for posting. It is true that people were very much smaller back then without a continuous over supply of food and a sedentary lifestyle.

The first photo looks like it’s in store that was an early Ford dealership among other things.
Buggies, horse or mule bridles, and what looks like buggy whips? I don’t think those are fishing poles. Very interesting photo of the transition between horse and buggy’s and automobiles. But do we know it was an actual early Ford dealership or some T’s that’s just parked. In those days Ford may not have asked a lot of future dealerships. This could have been an early startup! Very interesting and thanks for all the nice photos.

As for people being smaller back then....
Here's a pic of my mother's family...the woman sitting in the car in one Pic, and standing between the two guys in the other....
She was 4' 10".......now, use that to figure the height of the two dudes! Not very tall....compared to now anyway, probably normal then....

Might be an optical illusion, I bet the folks were our size, those wood T bodies haven’t shrunk yet but a hundred plus years later and now they have so they seem smaller. It’s like my uniform, I tried it on this year, 47 years later, it shrunk too. That’s my story & I'm sticking to it.
