Wishing All a Happy Thanksgiving

Post by fordrelic » Wed Nov 27, 2024 12:36 pm

I hope all have a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow.

I do appreciate MTFCA and all the people that use this site.

I am thankful to have a place to trade parts.
Thanks to all that have purchased some of my extra parts and for selling parts that I need.

Happy Thanksgiving,
Clay Atkins

Thanks to all of you who have furnished parts I have looked for. Would be much harder, or impossible to complete without you. And all who have bought from me, you have allowed me to continue with my little dreams. Thank you so much. And for all the kind words in response to the picture posts, again thank you all. I learn as much from them as you all do. And a special thanks to Wayne Sheldon for all that he sees in a photo, that I had no idea was there. Sometimes I post thinking boy, these are a dud, nothing to offer. And Wayne will bring them to life. I’m sure he has forgotten more than I will ever know. And what he doesn’t know, the rest of you do. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge.

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanks Happygiving all!
Wife cooked turkey Monday at 3:00am...we um didn't want to wait to be thankful.
Thanks for helping us get the engine running.
And thanks for helping us get the transmission working...in the future, but i'll start That thread when we are ready to deal with it.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! I would not have ventured into the Model T world without knowing there's a community of excellent people, vendors, clubs and organizations behind the wheel. I appreciate you all immensely.

Some of my best friends are and have been Model T'rs. I miss so many that I have known and who helped me with working on them. I also miss helping others with theirs, but am now getting pretty hard to crawl under and then get up again. I am also very happy that there are some younger generation people getting into the hobby. I am hoping that the T's will be around for many more generations. Also happy that I can still drive my T's around.

... but am now getting pretty hard to crawl under and then get up again.

Tell me about it! When I got home last winter, getting up off the floor was a panicky struggle. Now just getting up without a major struggle is one of many reasons to be thankful. The list of reasons I'm the luckiest guy in the world is too long to enumerate, but that's what I am.
The inevitable often happens.
