Fantastic photos ! I’m gonna go out on a limb and identify a horseshoe and coke bottle in the left hand of the nattily dressed man sitting on the T cowl in the 9th photo. 
Unusual spare tire carrier on that centerdoor above. I’d think the door would be scratched or dented when opened. Demountables so spare should be rear mounted.

The sixth photo shows what appears to be a 1914 tourer, based on the beads around the doors and the doglegs in the windscreen supports. How is it possible to fold the top half of the windscreen forward?

I do like that coupe in the fifth photo! It appears to be a 1919 or 1920 based upon the spring/engine mount and no oil sidelamps. It appears to have after-market headlamps (maybe drums?) and a nicely nickel plated radiator shell! The little Motometer looks fine also. One sharp looking T!

Depends on which Beverly Hills the garage is located. The famous city is located just west of Hollywood in the Los Angeles area. But there is one in Texas a suburb of Waco. And might be other Beverly Hills in other states as well.
