Zenith dual intake

Post by kevinf » Tue Feb 18, 2025 9:42 am

Saw this the other day, what are your thoughts. My first thought, how would you set the floats? Looks like they are headed down hill???
Original or home made?
Not mine just interesting, worthy of some discussion

Ya they do look like going downhill but that was not where my mind went when seeing it, I was thinking how would that fit in that area, it is tight anyway.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Photos may be slightly distorting the setup
The manifold legs are turned outward for clearance and access. But there is an issue with the hole in the center of the manifold, it goes through to the other side.

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

So the carbs sit "over" the frame rail not between it and the block like stock? That is what I was talking about. In the photo, eBay listing, they didn't look short enough to go over the top of the frame.
