Hello,
I am thinking about rebuilding my Ruxtell and I have access to a large drum rear end that I thought I could install while I worked on the other. My car is a 22 with 30 x 3.5 on the rear. Could I simply find and change the hubs on my wheels to large drums and hook everything else up without much trouble or is there more to change before it will work? Thanks and God Bless
Changing to a large drum rear end?

Re: Changing to a large drum rear end?
No need to change hubs, they are the same.
Change the brake shoes & drums. You will need the later radius rods, spring perches & parking brake rods.
We're it me, I would build a big drum rux. I know its not correct for you, but you get brakes suitable as a service brake. No need for RM brakes & work backwards.
