I was thinking that as well.

Still clearly a deal.

Post a picture where the fixed post is on the end. Originals have adjustment, Jacks were fixed.

Cam adjusts for drum in or out. On Jack's, you shim the bracket in or out.

Jack didn't put those cams on, because he didn't know what the purpose of them is!

Does anyone have a set of drums for these? Do they use the 11 3/4” pressed steel drum or would this set have come with cast drums?

If these are for large stock drum, 11-1/4in, on the 1926-27. The 1909-1925 small drums need the larger outer drums (11-3/4" diameter) that are used in conjunction with original stock drum.

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

Are you sure about that?? Looks like the bracket attaches @ the small drum brake shoe bolt.

Jack only made small drum RM. For 26-27 he made the AC units.

They used cast iron drums.

According to the "sperts", these brakes are older reproduction brakes that require drums. As such, price has been reduced. Thanks all for your input.

Well worth the price. These brakes will lock the rear wheels forward & reverse!
Get a set of Bud Williams drums & you 're golden.
I am surprised they haven't sold yet. If I didnt already have a spare set, they'd be mine.
