i will be bringing sets of rebabbitted model T connecting rods and some single rods and re-babbitted ballcaps, have several mainbearing cap sets also, these may allow for "adjusting" the rear thrust problem in many well used engines , several aftermarket distributors including Atwater-Kent , Delco and Bosch and what i believe to be a 4 cyl. Chev. distributor and a Northeast ignition for 4 cyl. Dodge Brothers , some generators and starters and a alternator for Model T ... i will also have my babbitt bearing molds and linebore units onsite ...you can save a bunch on postage and crating with the linebore units ...i will also be looking for sets of T rods to re-babbitt ...see you all there ...Gene French

in addition to the windshield i am also looking for front fenders for the 1931 model A 4dr. ... i have fenders that are rusted thru at the headlight bar bolt holes ... this is strange since this is the only rust out on the vehicle ... i had seen patch panels in the past ,BUT , not recently ...also a good title for the 1931 4 dr. ... For fender patch panels try Snyders, I am not associated with them

Someday I would like to attend Duncan Pre-War, but not this year.

spoke with Kevin Hammock this afternoon regarding times that vendors could enter the buildings for setup ... Wednesday evening after 5:00 for vendors with LARGE trailers ...this is done to reduce the clutter of smaller vehicles and foot traffic and hopes to reduce the difficulty of placing long trailers ... general vendor access is at 7:00 Thursday morning ...this is done for the LARGER trailers in hopes of reducing the excess clutter and foot traffic interference ...hope to see you all there ...Gene French

Robert:
March 26 thru 28 are the dates ... this promises to be an even better meet than last years event ... very good facility and many good vendors ...as with most swapmeets the majority of items are the common items , there were some good sheetmetal and brass items and unusual interesting specality items also ...i had good sales and was able to purchase some rebuildable cores and a Rajo cylinder head and Dodge Brothers steering wheel ,a North-East horn and some Masonic historical items ...i expect to have this meet on my calendar for many years ...Gene French ( north building with my babbitt bearing tools )

Since this is a Duncan swapmeet "wanted to buy " listing ... i am also looking for a 1 barrel downdraft manifold for a Model A ... i know that the large vendors have the weber and stromberg manifolds BUT, i have had great results with the old Holley side bowl carbs. and prefer the simple carb unit ...also looking for T rod sets to re-babbitt ...Gene French

I'm looking for a set of body to bed filler panels for a 26-27 roadster pickup. There almost teardrop panels that fill the space between the bed and body.

Thanks.

regarding the windshield frame i am looking for ... this is for a 1931 Murry body 4dr. ... the windshield seems to be about 1 1/2" shorter in height than a standard model A windshield ... i may be able to cut a frame down and re-drill the screw holes at the top ? anyway , it seems that the Murry slant windshield frame is different that the common model a frame ...
