I'm going to be putting all white tires on one of the speedsters. While I know it's a personal thing, I'm curious as to what those who have done it would pick when choosing between Smooth, Ribbed, or the pattern tread all whites. I have used the Universal ribbed all whites in the past and they are fine although one out of 10 has turned yellow. I'm leaning toward the smoothies, but only for looks.

Re: White tire choice?
For a car that's little driven, and always on pavement, whichever you think looks best, including smooth. For more driving, I think treaded would hold up best. Some NOS New Zealand Firestones were my fling with white tires. Country roads ate 'em up PDQ. From now on it's black for me.
The inevitable often happens.
