I would suggest it is a 1915 from the horn bulb mounted inside. The radiator even may have black paint on it. Wouldn't '16 have a horn button on the steering column? Also an early sign is the side lamp fount.
No chains are visible so it appears to be a shaft drive conversion. Demountable wheels look plenty Beefy.
It is quite different in many was to the T truck I have seen from that era.

I have most of the sheet metal for a 20's roadster and have thought about doing something like that with the top, only shorter on my 21 huckster.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:
