Ford Special speedometer kits.
Who is or was making the Ford Special speedometer kits? I'm in desperate need of one for a Johns-Mansville speedometer. Langs does not have them at this time.

Welcome to the forum! I would suggest placing an ad in the classifieds looking for what parts you need. Unless you have some of the parts, the Special's would not be my first choice because of cost and not a lot out there. If you don't have a copy, you might want to get the Speedometer book from the suppliers to help ID the parts you will be needing.
maybe this will help;

By the way, as long as the drive arrangement is the same there are several speedo's that will work.

I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Re: Ford Special speedometer kits.
Russ Furstnow usually has one or two complete Ford Special setups on hand, all restored and ready to install.
