Joe and Betty joined us on lot of our Arkansas Tin Lizzies tours. They were always fun to be around. My condolences to Betty and the rest of the family.

It was sad to hear but was expected. Just a great guy. Was on several tours with him & Betty. I spoke with Betty Sunday and she was doing as well to be expected with the circumstances.
Wishing Betty & family the best.🙏

Here is the tribute that Bill Howell wrote to all AR Tin Lizzies club members.

Dear Arkansas Tin Lizzie Club Members and Friends; We are so sad to report the loss of a dear friend and longtime club member. Joe Jeffers passed away April 26 at his home. Not only was Joe a fine man but he was also an enthusiastic Model T hobbyist, owner and driver. Joe went on many tours and outings all over the United States. Many of us were privileged to be with Betty and Joe on these events. He was fun to be with and a knowledgeable Model T owner. You could always depend on Joe to help you if you needed it and have fun while you there with him. Will truly miss him on our T rides. But rest assured you could not wish for a better angel in heaven looking after you on a T tour. Below is the obituary that you find on Betty Jeffers’ Facebook page. Vincent "Joe” Jeffers, Sr. passed away at his home on April 26, 2020 at the age of 78. He was born on May 12, 1941 in Kadoka, South Dakota and moved to the Redwood Community when he was 14. He was predeceased by his parents Lillian and William Jeffers. He retired from the Mississippi Highway Patrol. He was a woodworker and worked in the Model Shop at Waterways Experiment Station. He was a member of the Vicksburg Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife Betty Brent Jeffers, daughter Lisa Jeffers Shaw, sons Joe (Dulcie) and Corey (Jessica). He is also survived by step children Matthew, Mark, Heather, Timothy and Rebecca Hughes. He has 19 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren . Arrangements are incomplete. Also attached are some pictures of Joe that will bring a smile to your face and memories for your heart.
