Rear Axle Rebuild Homestretch
I am planning on wrapping up my rear axle adventure tonight, but I have one last question (no guarantees on it being the last one
). Is the steel washer that goes in between the outer hyatt bearing and the outer felt seals supposed to go inside the axle housing tube or rest on the outside edge? The new ones I ordered from Lang's don't quite fit inside, and when I was looking over some previous posts, I noticed one person had mentioned they are supposed to fit inside. Thanks! -Nick

One thing to note in the video - the washers for the radius rods go between the plain nuts and the back side of the driveshaft flange, not under the front castle nuts.
