Cylinder head ID please

Can anyone ID this cylinder head and give me some info on it? It is made of aluminum

It may be an Argentina-made hot rod head for a T with flat top pistons. Could it be a head made to run ethanol?

Can you measure how deep are the combustion chambers? I might be interested in purchasing it if you are thinking of selling it.
