this is driven by your 1/2" drill motor ... others have rigged an elaborate feed system by using a milling machine or lathe ... my design works well with a simple drill motor and hand feed ... boring bit is ground with a left hand lead ... this causes a slight resistance to the feed motion allowing a controllable feed ... you may call for additional info ... i will send an email with the proceedure sheets in an attachment ...Gene French 970-581-2808
