Hi,
I opened the transmission last week-end on my 1913-14 car... And I found something I never saw before but hearing about it in couple post on MTFCA forum.
Is it a Jack Rabbit Clutch disc set? Also discs suposed to be placed alternately with 9 original clutch large discs as I know. But on my transmission they are not be placed alternately because sometimes they have 2 original large discs together.
It may also the WATT discs clutch as well, but I'm not an expert. The disc are in very good shape. Please let me know your thoughts or advices.
What kind of disc clutch is???

Those are Watts type clutch discs.

Re: What kind of disc clutch is???
I just have a chat with RV Anderson who is the expert with WATT discs. I shared is knowledge and his recommendations with you in case someone of us have the same chalenge than me.
On early (pre-’16) transmissionss, proceed as follows: Install the thick steel spacer disc first, then one Watts Style disk, then 2 original “small” steel disks. Repeat with another Watts Style disk, then 2 more “small” steel disks, and so on until you have installed all 8 “small” steel disks and all 5 Watts Style disks. The thin Watts Style disk must be the last disk in place. As you install each disk, apply a good film of oil to all surfaces. Do not flood the clutch with oil but a good, medium film is necessary.
